Today's exclusive: A Berkeley landlord is facing criminal charges this week stemming from an arson investigation that began in July at an apartment complex on Oxford Street.

Police say Majid Farid is a Hells Angels affiliate with a history of "suspicious insurance claims."

Police say 46-year-old Majid Farid of Fremont is a Hells Angels affiliate with a history of making “suspicious insurance claims.”

We've also updated our gunfire map with some details about a shooting that took place Tuesday night.

BPD told us that police got several calls about gunfire near San Pablo Avenue and Derby Street just before 10:20 p.m. Community members said bullets penetrated the door of an apartment in the 2600 block of San Pablo.

BPD said no one was hurt and the case remains under investigation.
