Last night, we published a story on how Alameda County plans to proceed with the recall election of DA Pamela Price.

Alameda County officials pledge to set recall election date
The election could be as soon as Aug. 13 or as late as Nov. 5, officials said.

One note: The ROV told supervisors during the meeting that the election could be held as soon as July 30.

We learned after publication that, based on the adopted schedule for the upcoming vote to set the election date, the earliest it could happen is Aug. 13. We updated the story with that info.
