  • The Legislature approved the budget bill Tuesday morning. It's now on its way to the governor’s desk.
  • As it stands, the Golden Gate Fields park deal remains $30 million short. Trust for Public Land is "pursuing a mix of public and philanthropic funding" for the purchase.

SB 113 would amend the state’s 2026-27 budget if approved by lawmakers and signed by Gov. Gavin Newsom in the coming weeks.
