Berkeley police arrested a man early Monday morning after he kidnapped a woman in Oakland and sexually assaulted her at someone else's Berkeley home, authorities report.
Neighbors told TBS the incident unfolded at the home of a vulnerable Berkeley woman the man had previously befriended.
