Motorcycle rider seriously injured in Berkeley crash
Northbound Sacramento Street is closed at Dwight Way, and Dwight is closed at Spaulding Avenue, police said.

We did watch a court hearing this afternoon related to plans for the Harrison homeless encampment — all enforcement there is on hold until at least next Friday.
