The Berkeley City Council returns tonight following its winter recess.

Action items include "by-right approval of qualifying housing projects," changes to some municipal fees and proposed code changes designed to allow the "separate sale of ADUs."

There's also a proposal (on the consent calendar) to allow "tiny homes on wheels" as permissible ADUs.

Please note: We originally planned to attend tonight's council meeting but have decided to skip this one in lieu of other pressing work.
