Kelly Moy, described by police as a 49-year-old homeless woman, was arrested on suspicion of child endangerment and attempted kidnapping.
Police: Berkeley man, 21, arrested after stabbing father
Isaac Bolton was arrested on suspicion of attempted murder and elder abuse. He had been released from jail in June on his own recognizance.
