Update: Missing girl, 11, has been found

Berkeley police put out an update Sunday at about 11:20 a.m. to say the missing child had been located.

Berkeley police are asking for help to find a little girl who went missing from southwest Berkeley on Saturday night.

Police say 11-year-old Chloe Sutton was last seen heading west on Burnett Street near Park Street, near San Pablo Park, at 7:45 p.m. Saturday.

Chloe is 5 foot 3 with a thin build. She was wearing a black tank top, gray sweatpants with a Raiders logo and royal blue Yeezy shoes, BPD said.

Police ask anyone with information about Chloe's location to call 911 or the Berkeley Police Department at 510-981-5900.

Update, Sunday, Aug. 17, 11:55 a.m. BPD released an update Sunday at about 11:20 a.m. to say the missing child had been located.

CareBridge "is a post-arrest diversion and reentry initiative for individuals experiencing homelessness and behavioral health needs."

"It just feels like … you're in constant opposition with what we're recommending to you," Mayor Adena Ishii told Hansel Aguilar.

A Berkeley City Council vote on drones could come by the end of the year.
