The city of Berkeley has ordered all campers staying in Ohlone Park to leave by Thursday or risk citation or arrest.
The decision follows a recent judicial ruling that gave the city the green light to enforce rules that prohibit lodging at the park.

“Any person found to be encamped in the park after the Compliance Deadline … may be subject to citations and/or arrest,” the city wrote.
