Harris has criminal cases in Alameda County dating back to 2001, according to court records.

They include convictions for domestic violence, stalking, robbery, burglary and battery, court records show.

A 2022 burglary charge he picked up while free on bail in a separate case was dismissed that year by the DA's office.

In June 2022, Harris was charged with four counts of exhibiting a deadly weapon, ultimately winding up on unsupervised probation after a plea deal.

In May 2026, Harris was charged with felony assault and a parole violation, according to court records.

A no-contest plea in that case put him on probation until July 2028.

In August, Harris was charged with elder abuse, battery on a public transportation provider and possession of drug paraphernalia after an incident at the Rockridge BART station in Oakland. His bail was set at $2,500.

He's been arrested on BART property five other times since 2022, including on suspicion of battery, assault with a deadly weapon and active warrants, according to public records.

Harris is scheduled to appear in Alameda County Superior Court in November on his cases from May and August.

As of publication time, no further information was available about Wednesday's arrest, bail or related court hearings.
