Two quick updates on Golden Gate Fields: 

- The Legislature approved the budget bill Tuesday morning. It's now on its way to the governor’s desk.
- As it stands, the Golden Gate Fields park deal remains $30 million short. Trust for Public Land is "pursuing a mix of public and philanthropic funding" for the purchase.
