A worker died Thursday after falling from scaffolding at a [South Berkeley](https://www.berkeleyscanner.com/topic/south-berkeley/) elementary school construction site, according to authorities and public records.

The coroner's office identified him as Jonathan Guidi. He was just 41 years old.
