The Berkeley City Council is [set to vote](https://berkeleyca.gov/city-council-regular-meeting-eagenda-june-24-2025?ref=berkeleyscanner.com) Tuesday night on the [city budget](https://www.berkeleyscanner.com/2025/05/22/community/berkeley-budget-tough-choices-city-council/), which has faced big challenges this year (in line with many local municipalities).

From our review, there's nothing else critical on the [action calendar](https://berkeleyca.gov/city-council-regular-meeting-eagenda-june-24-2025?ref=berkeleyscanner.com) for the regular meeting.

Barring unexpected emergencies, TBS will cover the council meeting in person and publish a budget story afterward.
