City staffers are working to remove a dead whale from the San Francisco Bay off the Berkeley shoreline this weekend.

"Last year, during the Memorial Day weekend, CHP officers made [over 1,100 arrests](https://www.instagram.com/p/DKAxfwPp%5FfC/?ref=berkeleyscanner.com) for driving under the influence. Your vigilance can help prevent such incidents and save lives," the agency said.
