The buzz about Berkeley's dueling street improvement ballot measures is in full force, with Election Day coming and mail-in voting underway. 

In today's piece, Kate Rauch breaks down the key differences between measures EE and FF.

In all the confusing budget projections, which rely on a mix of known and unknown data, and layers of active city transportation plans, Rauch tells us, the main difference between EE and FF is around cycle tracks: bike lanes that are separated from the roadway.
