This week we've been in court in Santa Cruz for a hearing to determine whether an El Cerrito man charged with murdering a woman and burying her body in Tilden Park would stand trial.

After hearing the evidence, the judge did hold him to answer — which means the case is now heading for trial.

Many new details came to light during the hearing and our story is forthcoming.

We also learned today that Patti Lee, DA Pamela Price's former spokeswoman, has now filed her official lawsuit against Price.
