Jeffrey Harrelson, 38, was also charged with two other commercial burglaries at the Berkeley REI, from December and January, according to court records and police. On Monday, [Berkeley police](https://www.berkeleyscanner.com/topic/berkeley-police-department/) said Harrelson stole 15 jackets from REI, worth an estimated $4,250, then fled the scene at about 4:45 p.m. Officers were able to find him near International Boulevard and Hegenberger Road in Oakland and recovered the stolen property, BPD said. All three charges include the aggravating circumstance that he took items of great monetary value, according to charging records. Harrelson remains in custody at Santa Rita Jail, according to booking records. No bail amount was listed.
