Turns out it was just a minor event. BFD said there was a dryer fire in a laundry room that was "extinguished by sprinkler head activation." No one was hurt. The principal ultimately sent an email update to parents about the incident. We're happy to chase down news tips when we can, even when it does not turn into a story.
