Just published: A city of Berkeley employee who reportedly made threats of workplace violence was arrested Monday at his Concord home, The Scanner has learned.

We hope to share more details but here's what we know at this time.

Also: District 7 candidates in Berkeley who want to be on the ballot to replace Rigel Robinson have until Feb. 16 to file their papers. That's the district just south of UC Berkeley, the so-called student district.
